ISN Membership

BACKGROUND
ISN membership is open to institutions and individuals who share in ISN's mission to promote and advance social justice and advocacy efforts of the Ignatian family. As a member of the ISN, you can connect, strengthen, and broaden your communication with Jesuit affiliated schools, parishes, ministries, and organizations in order to enhance your efforts to live and act upon "a faith that does justice."

To become a member of ISN, we ask that you review our membership categories listed below and select the form of membership that best suits you at this time. We also ask that you register online with ISN regardless of your membership category, so that you or the institution you represent, can receive our newsletter, program updates, action alerts, and event calendar in a timely fashion.

While making a financial contribution is not a requirement for all categories of membership, we encourage you to consider becoming an ISN Sponsor based on ISN's suggested giving levels.

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES: There are three membership categories in the ISN.

• ISN Sponsor: An institution, organization, or individual that supports the mission of ISN, wants to be informed of ISN programs, activities, and action alerts and makes an annual contribution based on ISN's suggested giving levels

  Universities or Colleges High Schools Parishes Other Organizations* Individuals

  $1,000 $500 $250 $250 $25, $50, $100, or other

• ISN Supporter: An individual, institution, or organization who supports the mission of ISN, wants to be informed of ISN programs, activities, and action alerts, and pays registration fees for ISN events

• ISN Companion: An individual, institution, or organization who supports the mission of ISN and wants to be informed of ISN programs, activities, and action alerts

* Other organizations refers to but is not limited to: Jesuit communities, other religious orders, Jesuit Volunteer Corps, and other community based organizations.

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP: Benefits to registering for membership in the Ignatian Solidarity Network include, but are not limited to, the ability to:

• Participate in a national community of solidarity based on Ignatian spirituality committed to bringing about a more just social order;
• Work with student, lay, and religious leaders to strengthen the Ignatian family voice for justice;
• Build relationships with people in the Ignatian family who share common concerns and interests;
• Receive a fee waiver for the annual Fall Ignatian Family Teach-In when you register as a Sponsor.
• Receive timely action alerts, the ISN newsletter, and information about social action taking place in other Jesuit institutions and organizations;
• Receive support for your organization's social justice efforts;
• Encourage the spiritual motivation for your work in a supportive environment.
